Summer 2026

Romane Temessek is an international artistic swimmer representing France on the world stage and a member of the French Artistic Swimming National Team. A former World Youth Champion in solo and a World Championship finalist, she is part of an exciting new generation pushing the sport forward.

Known for her precision, expressive artistry, and powerful presence in the water, Romane brings elite-level experience and modern technique to her coaching. This August, she travels from France to the UK to inspire and develop the next generation of artistic swimmers.

Olivia Federici is an Olympian and one of Great Britain's most accomplished artistic swimmers, having represented Team GB at the Olympic Games and multiple World and European Championships. A Commonwealth medalist and experienced international competitor, she has been a key figure in British artistic swimming for over a decade.

Known for her precision, creativity, and performance quality, Olivia brings a wealth of elite experience to her coaching. She is passionate about developing athletes' artistic expression, confidence, and love for the sport, inspiring the next generation to perform at their best.

Leilani Torres is an Olympian and internationally respected artistic swimming coach, mentor, and educator. She represented Puerto Rico at the Olympic Games and has since built a global coaching career, working with athletes and national teams across Europe, the Americas, and beyond.

Known for her technical expertise and ability to develop both athletes and coaches, Leilani now leads education programmes for World Aquatics and supports swimmers at all levels. Her coaching combines high-performance knowledge with a passion for helping athletes grow in confidence, skill, and understanding of the sport.

Kseniya Sydorenko is an Olympic medalist and one of Ukraine's most accomplished artistic swimmers, having competed at four Olympic Games and winning bronze at Tokyo 2020. She is also a multiple-time European champion and World Championship medallist, with over a decade of experience competing at the highest level of the sport.

Known for her consistency, strength, and technical excellence, Kseniya brings a wealth of elite performance knowledge to her coaching. She is passionate about sharing the discipline, detail, and mindset required to succeed at the top level of artistic swimming.

Bianca Hofstatter is a former artistic swimmer who represented both the Austrian and USA National Teams. Born in the United States, she moved to Austria for four years — graduating high school there before returning to the USA — competing internationally along the way.

Her achievements include winning gold at the 2019 Swedish Open, Austrian Nationals, and Hungarian Open in Solo, silver at the 2021 U.S. Junior National Championship in Free Solo, and bronze at the 2019 Ukrainian Open. She has since built an international coaching career, leading training sessions for athletes all over the world and coaching at In Synch Summer Residential Camp in both 2025 and 2026.

Daisy Gunn is a former member of the Great Britain Senior National Team, having represented her country in international competitions at the highest level. Since retiring from elite competition, Daisy has transitioned into coaching, bringing her extensive experience and love for the sport to help athletes of all ages achieve their goals.

Her achievements include Silver in Free Team at the French Open 2020, 4th place at the European Championships 2022, and 6th place at the World Championships 2022.

Daisy is a Level 1 Swim England Artistic Swimming Coach and holds a Safeguarding and Protecting Children & Young People qualification. She also holds a degree in Sports Rehabilitation from the University of Bristol.

Maisie Wright is Camp Director for In Synch's ICON Series this August. As current Head Coach at London Regional Artistic Swimming and Erith & District AS Club, Maisie brings exceptional organisational and coaching expertise to the series.

In 2023 she was awarded South East Swim England Artistic Swimming Coach of the Year. She is a Swim England Level 2 Artistic Swimming Coach with a comprehensive set of qualifications across coaching, safeguarding, and athlete welfare.
